Since winning Accelerate, Teen Enterprise continues to host Dare 2 Believe Young Entrepreneur Pop Up Shops in undeserved communities through Cleveland.
In 2019, Teen Enterprise in partnership with the City of Cleveland Recreation Department and Cleveland Metropolitan School District (CTAG program) launched 2 programs teaching the fundamentals of entrepreneurship to over 50 youth from both the Glenville and Central Neighborhoods. Teen Enterprise and our partners hosts Dare 2 Accelerate Youth Elevator Pitch Competition providing seed funding for young entrepreneurs.
Also, Teen Enterprise also launched our Dare 2 Believe Global Entrepreneurship Initiative serving and teaching young entrepreneurs abroad in early 2019. Their next Dare 2 Accelerate Teen Pitch Competition will be held on Thursday, November 7th followed a Young Entrepreneur Pop-Up Shop on Saturday, November 30th.
Tory and his young entrepreneurs will once again be showcasing their wares and services at Accelerate on February 26, 2020.

Tory Coats announced a new Teen Entrepreneurship initiative. In partnership with the Hope for Honduran Children Foundation, Teen Enterprise will be traveling to Honduras – one of the world’s poorest countries – to teach entrepreneurship to Honduran teens and provide humanitarian aid.

Teen Enterprise hosted their Dare 2 Believe Pop Up shop on Saturday, September 8 in a vacant Fleet Avenue storefront in Slavic Village. Entrepreneurs Jalen Flowers, Josette Stewart, Ramone Hardy, and Joshua Johnson sold their good and services (T-shirts, headbands, photography/videography, and art). On July 30, a host of Cleveland teens were given the opportunity to pitch their entrepreneurial ideas for a chance to win seed money for their business idea at the Dare to Accelerate teen pitch competition.
